I have a Samsung LED TV, Model UN40C 5000QF, and a DVD-VHS Combo machine from Toshiba, Model DVR630KC. When I play back any DVD, I get these white dots flickering all over the screen. See the attached screen shot. The DVD player is connected to the TV by RCA cables (red, white & yellow). See attached picture of the connections at the back of the TV.

Never mind the second picture! I can't attach it, I select the pic, press the Upload button but it won't upload!! The pic is a .jpg and only 4.4 MB!! What gives?!

Anyway, I tried using another RCA cable, it's the same deal (Sparklies). Any suggestions?

I have solved my problem. I bought a set of Competent connectors for the video signal, and used those instead of the RCA ones. That did the trick!

Oh, and Toshiba told me I needed to clean the DVD lens. They were wrong.
