My new apple watch seems to be in Chinese, so I can't set it up. Can you help?

Via the Watch app on your iPhone, select the "My Watch" option at the bottom of the screen. Now select "General" and then "Language & Region". Make the appropriate changes therein.

Step 1: Open the Apple Watch companion app on the paired iPhone

Step 2: Tap the My Watch tab

Step 3: Tap General

Step 4: Tap Language & Region

Step 5: Tap the System Language section and select your desired language

Step 6: Tap Done
