How do I translate a game I downloaded in Japanese to English?

I have street fighter (全民格斗王) that I downloaded on my iPhone 6s and it's great but half the time I don't understand where to go to further in the game so does anyone with the game or methods to change the language to English whether it's through my iPhone or settings in the game guide me on how to do it? Thanks

Is that the famous fighting game series by Capcom? If so, that might not be the Japanese copy you have. It's written differently in Japanese.
