For starters, there's no such thing as an "apple phone 2". There isn't even an iPhone 2.

Lets try this again. If you're trying to unlock your Watch via your iPhone, do the following.

On the Watch, select Settings → Passcode, and then enable the toggle next to "Unlock with iPhone".
