Why is the YouTube app glitchy?

So ever since my YouTube app has been updated, it has been glitchy. First, videos in my subscriber box have become unavailable, but other videos are available, and just now the audio has stopped working, while audio works in all other apps. Is there a solution to this?

I don't know and I haven't experienced any glitches with the latest YouTube app running on my iPhone. Have you tried deleting the app and then reinstalling it. By the way, what device is the YouTube app running on? Join the iMore forum and reply in this thread please. Thank you.
