Changing the "Up Next" feed on the TV home page of Apple Tv4

On Apple TV 4, there is a TV feed at the top of the page when you go to TV with the home button. This feed is titled "Up Next." I need to know how to remove shows that are there because I started to watch that show. If I decided I don't like the show, it remains in this feed at the top of my TV page. Please tell me how to remove shows that I don't want to watch any more.

Press and hold on the Up Next window until you see the option to remove the show.
