I had a Pages document that I have been working on for several months on my laptop. Today it is missing. I did not delete it, it is not in my trash and when I go into Pages and "open recent" it's as if the file never existed. What is going on? I was literally working on it yesterday. No weird shutdowns, saved before exiting, etc. Can anyone weigh in?

Try this go to www.icloud.com and login with your Apple ID and password. If you are using iCloud and your Pages documents are in iCloud then the following has a good chance of restoring the document. At the top right where your name is click the down arrow. Then click iCloud Settings and scroll all the way to the bottom. Under Advanced click restore files and it will take awhile to go through your files that have been deleted from icloud. If you see your document check it and restore. This would be a good time to setup a Dropbox, Onedrive, or Google Drive account and put your important documents there so you have backup copies. GL
