Can anyone explain why my "manage storage " in settings says that I have used 11.42 gb and when I count off the list I have used under 3 gb. It's an iPhone 5s with 12 GB. I keep cleaning cashes in apps but I'm lost to find out why it says that I only have less than 400 Mbs left. Help please

I don't have an explanation but try downloading Asphalt8:Airborne to that iPhone.
Because that app is bigger than your free storage, it will force your phone to free up some space by clearing cache from other apps.

Thanks for that. It pushed it up to 1.12 Gbs. The app is just sitting there in a darker folder. Didn't download just sitting.

You can delete it by tapping and holding it till it wiggles. Then tap the 'X'.

If not, search for the app in AppStore and cancel the download from there.
