We recently order an iPod at our place of business and we are attempting to charge for the very first time and it is not charging. what can we do?

Where did you buy the device? I'm pretty good at tracking down tech support option websites! :) If you let me know the vendor I can probably find out who you need to call! (Probably NOT Ghostbusters!)
