siri stopped calling contacts and giving directions

I have an iPhone 6s version 10.2. In just the past few weeks SIRI stopped calling contacts or giving directions. What can I do to correct? I tried turning the phone off and then on again. Didn't work.

You can try the following:

1. Make sure Siri is still enabled in the settings.
2. Go to Settings - General - Reset, and then select "Reset All Settings" or "Reset Network Settings".
3. Reinstall the latest iOS version for your iPhone.
