restoring backup from iphone 5c to iphone 4s

i have an iphone 5c backup that i want to restore it on my iphone 4s which i have forgotten the icloud password. am afraid that after the backup restore i may have to enter my password for icloud. so all i need to know is that how after the restoring the backup is it going to ask for my old icloud id and password or it will use the one i had on my 5c?

If your iPhone 4S is protected with the iCloud Activation Lock, you are not going to be able to use the device, even if you try to restore a backup made with a different device, without FIRST entering the passcode of the Apple ID associated with the Activation lock. Period!
