New iPhone 6s's 32gb ALL have TSMC chip?

I've recently purchased a new iPhone 6s 32gb (because I wasn't too impressed by the iPhone 7). After 'chipgate' I was concerned about which chip I would get, a good TSMC one or a crappy Samsung one....I got the TSMC one! This made me wonder if Apple has now phased out ALL Samsung chips and only uses TSMC chips? What's your experience?

I'm sure the supply demand for the iPhone 6s has decreased since launch and maybe the TSMC Company could produce all the chips now and don't need help from samsung but i feel there was a deal done between Apple and Sumsung. So i would expect there to still be APL0898 Samsung chips being made.

It doesn't make any difference anyways. I have the Samsung chip in my 6s Plus, and it's been great.

Step 2: Tap on the button labeled System at the top of the screen.

Step 3: Check your device’s ID number under the Device → Model sub-section:

I wouldn't worry about the 32GB iPhone 6ses having only the TSMC chip. I have the 64GB 6s with the TSMC chip and it's flawless.
