How does someone find spy apps on their iPhone 4s version 7.1.2

Welcome to iMore! If there were anything on your phone, you can find it. I don't know of any spy apps. There are ways one could see your location. Does anyone know your Apple ID? If so, they could see your location using Find My iPhone. If you believe there's an app, check all your folders thoroughly. Also check your purchased list in the App Store for anything. Also see if there's a profile on your phone you don't know about. Go to settings > General > profiles.
