cancellation icloud storage

I am increadibly frustrated about the downgroad procedure of icloud service, I have literally spent one hour to try to cancel my monthly subscription to a free one and have not been able to find the right way of doing this.
Alhough in the email there is a link that says click here to downgrade subscription and I have looked on several forums. So is this the way to keep me in for one euro a month? any suggestions really welcome....!

His original question was answered, now I'm making conversation...
Because it's interesting to know. If there's a better service surely it's worth looking into?
Or perhaps the OP has found a totally new service that offers something completely new that we could all benefit from.

if u downgradge the storage in icloud back to 5Gig free, billing will be cancelled at the end of the cycle.
