My iPhone 6 sometimes doesn't light up when I receive phone calls.

its lighting up when calls arrives but sometimes i do here the ring but the screen dose not lighting is it a complaint?

So you receive a call and the phone plays a ringtone and vibrates but the screen doesn't light up?

First thing I'd do is a restore

I did a tottal reset 2 times but the problem is there again

Hi. Welcome to the forums and sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

If the screen is still failing to light up even after a full restore and setting the device up as new then you should contact Apple.

Whilst I personally believe this is a software issue that should be fixed during a restore/set up as new it could be hardware which they will look into for you.
