How to color my iPhone screen?

I had my iPhone in my hands with some other things, and now the color has gone and everything is just black and white, and I don't know how to bring the colors back :-( If anybody has an idea how, please help me.

I think the colour filter setting got turned on, it's default on greyscale.
Go to settings, general, accessability and in the top settings block the fourth option which should be something like adjustable displaying, I'm not sure how that is translated to english.
Then you can select colour filters and turn the switch back off.
