Why will my touchscreen work sometimes

My touch screen doesn't won't to work sometime & it flickers at top of phone. When it does not want to work on you cat kind of twist it back&a forth from top & bottom & eventulay it will work again this is on a iPhone 6 Plus (The screen is just non responsive when does this!). Can you please tell me if there is any fix for it!!

I recommend you make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose and possible fix the problem, especially being that you're able to "twist it back & forth from top to bottom" to get it to eventually work.

This is exactly what's happening to me and I also have the same phone. If there's a white bar that comes from the top it means there's a problem with the "touch IC". Go to a repair shop, there is no way to fix it yourself.
