trying to change my apple id and it finally times out

changing email address for apple id. have signed out of all devices and followed instructions on how to edit email address. Enter new address, get notification code, enter it, and then nothing happens.

What are you expecting to happen? I mean, you're just changing your Apple ID, right? If I've misunderstood, please join the iMore Forums and provide more in-depth information in this thread. Thanks.
