How do I cancel something I didn't order?

I got a confirmation for an order (receipt # redacted ) fro a Netflix 15 plan which I
didn't order. The email came from msstate.edu. I didn't make this order. I says the payment method was iTunes account. I don't have any such account.

That sounds like a phishing attempt. If you reply, I'd bet you'd be asked to "confirm" all sorts of personal info.

If you want to confirm, and you already have a Netflix account, log in to it from the Netflix web page. It will show your current account status. DO NOT click on any link from the message you received.
