Apple TV 4 reception interference

Hi about 2 months ago i brought the apple tv 4 and since plugging it in , i keep getting what seems to be terrible reception interference, when it starts it just flickers and continues for ages or even the whole picture can go at times or it can be ok for a while and then all of a sudden it will start to flicker etc.

I have tried to different hdmi cables thinking it was that but still get same result

any ideas as its driving me nuts

Are you connected wireless? If you are there is a good chance you are not close enough to your wireless connection. I had this problem until I extended my network. Since extending my network I have not had a single issue. If you have a wired connection, I would then have a look at my LAN line as possibly being the issue.
