Why can't I change payment method in account settings I tried to make a purchase credit card denied now it want let me change payment or update any of my apps

Welcome to iMore! Open App Store, then go to "Apple ID: [your Apple ID]" > View Apple ID > Payment Information. You should be able to update your credit card info.
