Camera issues on IPhone 6s IOS 10.2

Sometimes it gets freeze like this and I can't use the primary camera, the front camera has no problem. Can you give me some advice please?

have you tried closing the app entirely and then starting it again?

Maybe also check howmany apps you have active. Maybe there are a lot open which use a lot of memory?

You can double tap the home button or force press on the left side of the screen and slide to the right to open the active app viewer.
