    my iphone was stuck on the logo so I had to restore it and it asked me for the debit card that was linked to my account so they can verify it but I don't have the card nomore so I used a different phone number and now its telling me its gonna take a few days for them to tell me how to continue restoring my phone.

    iOS does not require a debit card number to restore a phone.

    No! Restoring an iPhone, either as New or from a backup, does NOT ask for your debit or credit card during the process. Now if you're saying that when you attempted to sign in to the App Store and / or iTunes Store then it's possible that you'd be prompted to enter your debit or credit card credentials, especially if Apple detects that the account is not active. In any case, contact Apple Account Support regarding this matter.
