I'm considering an alternative password keeping process by using Notes, OneNote, or Evernote by creating a new note and encrypting its content. Is anyone doing this or have considered doing this? What's the draw backs to it? If Two Factor authentication is available to the application, plus the encryption of the note, is this as secure as 1Password or LastPass?

    Thanks!

I have my passwords saved with username and which service it's for on a excel sheet on Dropbox. My Dropbox app is password protected and I chose not to encrypt the file itself.

So far no issues or worries about my security. But I will be protecting it better soon.
