Are there any camera aps for the iPad that has flash like the phones do

I want to take flash pictures at times with my iPad and can't find a app that has the flash like the iphones all do

Do you mean with the front facing camera? If so Camera+ does that. For the back camera you will need to get a 9.7 iPad Pro since that has a flash.
