If you bought a image from a website are you able to rearrange the text to fit on a DVD

I bought a image from Worship House media.(jpeg). I make DVDs for my church for different events. Can you rearrange embedded text that already exists so it won't get cut off the middle part of the DVD (like move the text up, still learning technical of things)

You could do it with Photoshop or a similar program.

It's painful, but not impossible.
