Stutter in Scrolling on iPhone7 ios10.1.1

Has anyone noticed a slight stutter when scrolling?
Noticeable in calendar app when scrolling years, twitter, mobile data - use mobile data for - when scrolling through apps.
Is it any better on ios10.2?
