How do I shut off privacy mode on my iphone 4s

I can't find a way to disable privacy mode. Hands free feature doesn't work as a result

Privacy mode should auto-disengage after the conversation has ended. If not, try going to Settings → General → Accessibility → Call Audio Routing, and then make the necessary changes therein.
