After update to iOS 10.2 my phone doesn't work

When I try to make a call, it says "Calling" but I hear nothing on my end. I called another phone in my household and that phone didn't ring, so it's not going at all. Then I tried calling my phone from the other one. It went straight to voicemail.

I have reset the Network settings and that didn't help. I'm pretty angry about this right now. Please help.

Hi, welcome to the iMore forums.

maybe you can check the wifi calling setting? That just became active with 10.2, it should be off by default, but maybe that isn't working correctly?

I connected iphone to computer. iTunes said there was a network update available for my phone. I did that (took only a couple seconds) and now my phone works again.
