When I did a 1800 mile drive from Amsterdam to İstanbul, I had my Watch charger cable and a car charger with me. Also, I always carry a power bank with me to charge my iPhone on the go while outside.

If in your case you don't have access to a car charger you can always use a power bank to charge your Watch when your idle or the least active.
