I just bought AppleTV and Powered on, screen shows region setting and I can not do anything.

I restarted AppleTV pressing Menu and Screen button, but come back same screen and cannot do anything. What can I do?

can you be a bit more specific of what you already tried to do?
You should be able to change options by using your finger on the touch part of the remote.
