My new i phone5s is frozen on connect to itunes screen. Tried forced reset. No help

New phone tried forced reset. Turned on and off. Can't get past connect to I tunes screen

The only way to correct the issue is to connect your iPhone to your computer and then restore it via iTunes. Period.
