why cant i download app from app store?

i find it downloading over cellular connection but not wifi although my wifi is working elsewhere in my i phone5s but not app store plzzzzzzz helpppp

Welcome to iMore! Do you have wifi issues anywhere else? Safari? Facebook? Try signing out of iTunes in the App Store. Then sign back in. Then go to Settings > wifi> Tap the i> choose forget this network. Then add your wifi back in.

Using iOS 10 right? Also remember to check the network settings of the App Store on your phone by going to Settings - WLAN - Apps Using WLAN & Cellular - App Store - check WLAN or WLAN & Cellular Data.

If using iOS 9 or under, go to Celluar, scroll down to find App Store and disable App Store to use your Celluar data. See what happens after that.
