My Pandora open app won't run

I've tried rebooting tried restarting killing the app and starting over I've even looked for updates nothing seems to be working did the master reset where I hold the home button and the power button and tried and it still didn't work

What phone to you have? My SIL had the exact same issue today. She is on an iPhone6 Plus.
