Can I use a full body protector and a glass screen protector on my Apple Watch?

Can I have the sensitivity to use my Apple Watch if I use a full body protective cover and a glass screen protector?

I want to protect the watch and the screen with a glass protector.

It will be slightly less sensitive to presses, but I don't think it is something that will be horrible.
