I don't want to sign up for i cloud. How can I get rid of the password icon?

The icloud "Please enter your password..." I'm not interested, how do I get rid of this. It keeps popping up.

You must enter the correct password for the Apple ID that is associated with the device. If you do not have the correct password and the Apple ID is not yours, then the device sounds like it has the iCloud Activation Lock enabled on it. And you cannot bypass that.

If you DO have the correct Apple ID and password, then you can go to Settings > iCloud and sign out.
