MBP 13' mid 2012 will not boot up

hello! im new and i have a question, my 13' MBP currently boots to a white screen, when cmd-r is pressed, i am able to get to the spinning globe for an internet recovery, however, i do not have a recent backup available so I believe i will loose all my data with this option. is there an alternative?

ps. im also running a windows boot camp which i also cant boot into anymore

If there isn't a repair option in the recovery menu then more than likely you will lose any non-native data on the device in order to get it up and running again.

Can you get it into Target Disk Mode? If so you can retrieve your data with a second Mac. You also will need the proper cable for that.
