Today I was contacted by fraud services, and someone made a charge on my debit card. How do I go about resolving this fraudulent charge?
I need to contact someone, I prefer a human being.

Contact your bank or the card issuer. Or whomever contacted you from "fraud services".

Note that iMore is not affiliated with any bank nor with "AppleOnline".

Usually whomever it was that called can help. Hopefully you didn't give personal info over the phone, as it could have been phishing.

Welcome to iMore! I've worked in banking for a dozen years. Always call the number on the back of your debit card, or go to your bank in person.
