iPhone 5 battery drain overnight

My iPhone 5 with IOS 10 is using about 40% of battery overnight. 8 hours idle and from 80% to 40% overnight. No Wi-Fi connected. The carrier signal is at stable 1 to 2 bars. Battery usage said that the most heavy app was Reddit which was 16% while on use.

It seems like a lot of people with the old devices is having problems with battery drain after installing iOS 10.

Reboot your iPhone. Press and hold down the Home button and on/off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset All Settings. Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings.
