Just got a message on iPhone screen to change passcode - is that real?

got a pop-up type message in a white box on my iphone screen - said i had 21 minutes to change my log in pass code to maintain security. is that real, or is it a phish/phony/hack?

Restart your phone and use it like you always do. If that message is not fake, it will appear again.

The "21 minutes" makes me certain it's a scammer. That's exactly the type of scare tactics they use.
