Where can I report issues with the mobile phone survey?

There are issues with this survey
Q.28 - asks about Video calling, but one of the answers is about voice calling. Doesn't make sense.

Q.42 - Asks about services we would be interested in buy from a cellular provider. Why are we allowed to only select one? Could we not be interested in multiple services?

If you're referring to the survey found via the following link, I cannot say whether or not the survey is solely for Mobile Nations or another entity. Having said that, I doubt there's a contact for the purposes of complaining about the survey question, especially being that it is for "research purposes only".
