I would like to control my heating, which is a simple gas boiler. It has an external timer at the moment that just turns it on and off.
To get a start on the HomeKit, what do I need to purchase? Which is the best product (in your own opinion)?

P.S. I'm in Ireland, so 220V and also 3-pin socket if applicable.

Products such as Nests Thermostat are HomeKit compatible but I'd recommend professional installation from a heating engineer.

It replaces the thermostat not the on off switch
