Can I exchange my iPhone 6s's SIM card with my work iPhone 6s?

I have an personal IPhone 5S that I've been using for 2years for my job that is smaller, has all pertinent work information and more conducive for my job. I've recently received an IPhone 6S from my employer that is a bit bigger, heavier and has no belt clip. Can I exchange the sim cards without my employer knowing that I did so?

Yeah, if the carriers are the same it shouldn't be an issue. Tipically, companies use "Agent" to monitor email traffic and device administration, but it requires network. so as long as you can get the network to work you should be all good. Also, do you have a work number? If so, you wont be able to use it on your work phone once you swap sims.
