Need new password for I 5 phone

I need to get a new password for my I5 phone can you please direct me, I admit I don't know what I am doing and really don't know what else to say - the above is my problem can you send me a link via my email which is [Redacted - please do not post email addresses] to create a new password for my phone and stop it from interrupting my service.
