how to use iphone as business tool

dear sir, i am very much new to iphone, i recently bought 5s and ordered for 7. i wish to use iphone for business kindly help me regarding this
1. how do i use iphone for handling email , i mean downloading and sending and resending files like pdf, word, excel or powerpoint files.
2. i need to download lot of such files
3. where do these files are stored and how do i get them ( very confusing)
4. how do i upload such files as attachment, as i can not use itunes all the time.
