I have to pay for update??

Since a few days before I'm being required my password and my payment method is unavailable.I can't update my apps and not even download other because there is a billing problem with a previous purchase.My visa it's alright is the same I've been using I double checked it refilled the spaces but still nothing!Please how can I do something to fix it?Thank you!

Your best option is to go to your local Apple store so that they can better assist you. Bring your ID and your proof of purchase.
