How do I get a refund for purchase not made from myself on WSOP from my I pad

I had my grandkids stay her while I was away my brother passed no my grandkids stayed here to take care of my pets. I let them play on my I pad and the thought the chips were free because I had told them so but that is when they give you them I hit the more chops button no charged a lot. What can be done. Thank you
