phone calls not getting through

hi can anyone help please?
I got new iPhone 7 about 6 weeks ago
up until 2 weeks ago its been getting calls ok .
but now only some calls are getting through. very random.
its not do not disturb
its not the signal
any ideas?

Have you looked to see if you need to update your carrier settings? Also, you may want to contact your carrier, and if that doesn't help, I'd go to your nearest Apple Store.

Apple store it is. Probably just to be told to do everything I already done. Lol
I'm trying a new Apple I'D first. As I have two iPhone I use with sane ID.
See what happens
