I have several (a hundred or more) maths questions which are currently stored in pdf format. I want a program/app that stores them, allow me to tag with the skills needed to solve them, and search using these tags. Not dissimilar to testbase/Exampro but I don't need to the compiling function, which allows me to select a number of files and exports as a printable worksheet - but it would be nice...
I also would like to write, on an ipad, the solutions for each question, keeping an annotated pdf file associated with the the question, and be able to access this database on a mac, ipad, pc and preferably over the web [password protected].

OneNote, Goodnotes, Evernote or something else...
    What would people suggest...
