6s iOS 10.0.2 and music

Okay I am really starting to get frustrated and can't find a solution

When I play music on my phone it pulls songs and even videos that are downloaded on my computer and they are NOT on my phone.

I only want to play song I have downloaded on my phone.

I have turned off cellular under settings>music. And I do not use iCloud.

How do I play only those songs on my phone?

Open your music app > library & select downloaded music.

I wish that worked but it didn't.

I just tried it out and it pulled two videos and a few songs not on my phone. And when I clicked the three dots to make sure I didn't accidentally have it on my phone, it showed that I could download it.

Could it be that I am at home on wi-fi?
